Viral load went from undetectable to 58 000…

From my last blood test, my CD4 percentage is increasing from 12% – 15% but my viral load went from undetectable to 58k, and my CD4 dropped too. Does that means my treatment is failing?

The most likely explanation is a lab error. Have you been offered a second test to confirm these results?
How long have you been on treatment? and have you been taking them daily?
A sudden increase from undetectable to 58k should cause the lab to query the result and repeat the test.
How much did the CD4 count drop by? Had it been increasing from before your previous result of 12 – 15% ?
