Are there any interactions between atenolol and lamivudine? Thank you.

There is a small risk of interaction.
This is because they are both removed from the body by the kidney.
As they use the same way to be removed from the body, there is some risk of the kidney not being able to remove all of the drug at the same time.
This means there is the potential for one of the drugs to remain in the body longer than expected. Meaning one drug may have higher concentrations of medication in the body than expected.
