I’m anxious about my CD4 count…

I am always so worried after I do my labs, I get real anxious about my results I guess I just want to make sure I’m still doing great because my last test I was undetectable but my cd4 dropped from a 231 to a 203 but my percentage went up just a lil, so it worries me that somethings wrong even tho I was diagnosed September 19 2022 with a cd4 of 59 and a viral load of 350k but any advice do you think I’ll be okay

It is great to hear how well you are doing on treatment. You have an excellent viral load and your CD4 count is going in the right direction.
CD4% is much more accurate at telling you about your immune system is than the actual count e.g, 231.
This is because CD4 count can fluctuate even when it is going up. It can change by the time of day you have the test done or if you have exercised. It can also change if you have had a recent infection.
As your CD4% is going up this tells you that your treatment is working and that your immune system is recovering.
