I’m taking my ARV treatment together with TB treatment at 0600Hrs. Can I change ARV treatment to 2000Hrs?

Yes you can do this.
What is the name of the ARVs you are taking?
To do this it is okay to take 2 doses of ARVs on the same day e.g., take your normal dose of ARVs and Tb treatment as normal at 0600Hrs and on the same day take a following dose of ARVs at 2000Hrs.
You can then continue with this treatment regimen of Tb treatment at 0600Hrs and ARVs at 2000Hrs.
