I take 3 pink tablets of Paxlovid instead two pink and one white.

Is there a reason you do this?

For Paxlovid to work you need to take both.

The white tablet is used to keep the pink tablet active in the body for longer.

Without the white, the pink tablet is removed from the body too quickly before it can have any effect.
