What should I do if I’m not sure if I took my daily dose today ? Should I risk taking a potential second tablet or miss one day? I take one ti Uk at and one descovy! Daily

If you are unsure if you have taken a dose today, it is safe to take one regardless if you did earlier or not.
2 ARVs is not going to cause any problems with your health. If you did take 2 you may notice more side effects than normal if you do usually, but these will disappear when the drug level in your body returns to normal.
