Will missed doses affect how well PEP works?

Hey, I went to hospital for pep, then doctor gives me pep, the first day I take at 7 pm and the second day I take 7 am in morning, then the following day I took at 7 pm in evening, can pep fail to work or? Because it is for the first three days

It is better to try and take PEP at the same time each day. Missing or being late with a dose is not recommended, but should still be very effective.
