I don’t remember taking my meds…

I am a breastfeeding mom who is on TLD combination. I use this every 6am in the morning. I have never missed a dose before. But this morning, I am unsure whether I used it or not because I cant remember. Can I take another pill just to be on the safe side?

Congratulations on having a baby.
Yes you can take this dose. Even if you have had the dose this morning and had forgot, the additional dose is not going to cause any problems.
If you are soon to take your next dose, do not take a double dose to compensate. You can skip it in this case.
