Can I be late with my meds?

Hi it okay to be late in taking my ARV .. like the whole day i forgot to take it and at night i fell asleep and woke up at 4am and took it.

Is that counted still ok?

Please do not worry.

Sometimes being a few hours early or late will be okay.

Once your viral load is undetectable, even missing by a day will be okay, so long as this isn’t more than once or twice a week.

If you are not yet undetectable though, it is more important to aim for the same time every day.
