Can I be reinfected if undetectable but not on ART?

What would happen to me if I have an undetectable viral load and I have sex with someone who is HIV positive but who doesn’t take any ART, would that lead me to HIV reinfection ?

Hi there

Reinfection between two people who are both living with HIV can happen.

This only usually matters though if one person is resistant to some of the HIV meds.

If you are undetectable without ART, you might have a strong response to HIV that reduces this risk.

Why is your friends not taking ART though?
