Can I take an HIV test on the spot if I do not have a doctor?

Thank you for your question. You can take a free HIV test at any GUM clinic in the UK. You should be able to ask for an HIV test on the spot and get it done in most clinics. In some, however, you may need an appointment. Whether you have or not a doctor is not an issue when it comes to the test.
