I have had 10 test of ELISA HIV test up to 28 weeks post exposure from a sexual contact with a woman who I paid to have sex with meal. All of them negative. Am I in the clear now?

10 tests over three months is a little ridiculous.
You are wasting your time and money, and either not getting good medical advice, or not listening to it.
An ELISA test after six weeks will pick up most infections, but the recommendation is to confirm this with a test three months after the exposure.
