Is an 18 week test conclusive? Should I be worried about a false negative test?

An 18 week test is conclusive. False negatives only usually occur during the seroconversion period which is the first 12 weeks so you do not need to worry.

Yes, this is conclusive. You do not have HIV.
So anything over 12 weeks is conclusive and will not show a false negative becuase my test at 17-18 said non-reactive negataive
