Am I HIV negative?

Hi!
I had a sexual encounter in August 2007 and tested using ELISA at four months – the result was negative. I then re-tested at six months and the result was again negative. Is it conclusive that I am HIV free? Do I need
another test to confirm that I am HIV free?
