Am I at risk if he didn’t ejaculate inside me?

Hi there
I recently had anal sex with another guy (I was the passive partner and we used condoms). However, at one point, we stopped and took the condom off. He then went inside me without the condom for a very short time. He then put the condom back on. He did not ejaculate inside me at all.
I know that this could potentially be risky as there is HIV in precum.
Can you advise?

It is impossible to say whether or not you have HIV. There is a risk with every unprotected sex act although it sounds as if your risk is quite low. Do you know if the guy was HIV positive or not?

Hello, I was in a relationship with a lady who I lived with for a year. In that time, we never once had penetrative sexual intercourse but we would enjoy watching each other masturbating.
