What are the chances of me testing positive on my next test?

I got a fourth generation HIV test at GUM clinic in Coventry, 18 days after sleeping with a women who was HIV-positive without using a condom. The test came out negative, after few weeks i have developed tonsilitis am very depressed. What are the chances of me testing positive on my next test? Should I not worry?
