How will HIV change my life? Can I still work and stay with my family?

I am newly diaganosed with HIV. I am just worried how will it effect my life ? Will I have to leave my partner and other family? Can I still work and drive ? I mean will I have energy to go to work and carry out my daily duties ?

Thank you for your questions. Receiving an HIV diagnosis can be overwhelming. You need to take one step at a time and not feel like you need to deal with everything all at once.
Many people living with HIV go on to live very fulfilling lives for many years. At this stage of your diagnosis and for the future for that matter, you need all the support that you can get. Especially from the people who care about you, like your partner and family. Additionally, nothing should stop you from doing the daily activities you were able to do before your diagnosis.
