Can I have a negative baby?

Can I have a baby which is HIV negative? I have been HIV positive for 10 years. I am married and my wife is 6 and a half months pregnant. My wife is negative and was tested during the second month of pregnancy. Will my baby be HIV negative? Please let me know ASAP

If your wife is negative then your baby will also be negative. It is very important that you and your wife use condoms when having sex whilst she is pregnant to protect both your wife and your baby from infection.
