I have a MAC. Medications don't work, what shall I do?

I have been diagnosed with a severe MAC infection. Meds are not working, headaches are getting worse along with my breathing. What is my next step?

You need to contact your medical professional ASAP though. Which medications do not work? The antiretrovirals? If you are not on therapy, you most probably need to start immediately, as this will improve the state of your immune system and this will help a lot in fighting off the MAC infection.
