My risk is condom broke while sex with woman who I paid to have sex with me, realised after ejactuation only, tested non-reactive at 50th day from exposure with SD Bio line antibody HIV test. What is the accuracy of this test?
Answer
It is a very accurate as a test, but tests do not have a table of accuracy for each day after exposure.
The best we can give as a guide is that approximately 95% of infections are detected at 28 days and more than 99.99% by 3 months.
