Is there an interaction between chloranphenicole and my HIV meds?

I want to thank you, as usual, for your help!

I am taking tenofevir, 3TC and efavirenz. If I take chloranphenicole for treating typhoid, does it react with the ARV meds. If it does what alternative drug should I take?
