Is diarrhoea common in people with HIV?

I have indigestion problem, everything I eat-either I get diarrhoea or vomitting soon after. Is this common for someone living with HIV? I am not on HIV treatment yet.

Very rarely diarrhoea can be a condition linked to HIV, but this is usually in people at an advanced stage of the disease. You mention that you are not even on therapy yet, which makes me think that there must be some other underlying condition that provokes the diarrhoea and vomiting. Please consult your GP or HIV doctor, so that they can check and possibly give you a referral to a gastroenterologist if necessary.
