To what level one's CD4 count can increase?

Is it possible for somebody with advanced HIV infection with a current CD4 count of 200 and on treatment to see his/her CD4 count rise to 350 and above? Or is there a limit to which the number of CD4 cells will increase given that treatment was started at a very low count (40 copies)?

There is a study that showed that the lower the CD4 count upon initiation of ART, the more difficult it is and takes longer
