There is no drug interaction with lime cordial and the meds you are taking.
You may have heard this in reference to an older protease inhibitor called saquinavir, before this was used with ritonavir boosting. So it is fine to drink your lime cordial without worrying about your HIV.
If you are ever worried about potential drug interactions it is good to check with your doctor or the pharmacist that gives you your HIV meds.
