Is there a link between age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and being HIV positive individuals?

Answer
AMD is age-related rather than HIV-related eye problems. It affects people that are over 50+, which can cause the vision to deteriorate and even blindness. There are many cases of positive person who have AMD. There are no reported case that suggest AMD is HIV-related eye problems.
