What can I do about my CD4 count?

Hi,
I have been on treatment for 7 months know, I am also on my second set of treatment as the side effects from my first line of treatment was unbearable. My viral load is undetectable but my CD4 has slowly declined. Is there a reason for this, and what can be done to increase it? I am under the impression that once my CD4 increases my feeling of utter tiredness should start to go away.
