I am HIV positive and I want to further my studies abroad in Europe or US.
Is it possible?
I am from the Chinese mainland.

The best thing for you to do is to contact the Embassies of the different countries you are interested in going to. They will be able to provide you with more detailed information. This will include whether you can study there as well as important information about what, as a student, you will be eligible for, in terms of access to health care.

When traveling it’s best to always have your meds in your hand luggage, that way if there are issues with your checked luggage you’ll still have your meds.
If you’re worried about traveling with meds because you could be asked what they are, most countries won’t ask.

How are you doing with your recent diagnosis, are you getting any support? Has someone talk to you about ARVs?
With regards to your question, yes you can still study in Germany, your status won’t be an issue. As you’ll need to take ARVs you’ll need to look into how you access care in Germany. There are numerous HIV orgs in Germany, this is just one that’s in Berlin: https://www.berlin-aidshilfe.de/ They should be able to advise.
