What are the chances?

Had unprotected sex 3 months ago. Tested negative at 30 days and then again at 67, but for the last week I have felt pain in my neck, but no swelling of glands. Burning sensation in my armpits and collar bone, but again no swelling and now pain in my groin.
Not sure if this is nerves knowing I am going for another test friday, but the last two weeks have been hell.
