What are the chances of a male contracting HIV from a female during unprotected sex?

Before I can answer, I need to know whether the female is HIV-positive to start, if yes, what is her viral load, does she have any other STIs, does the male partner have an STI, etc., etc.

Surely the type of sex matters also. I.e. anal sex whether it’s with a man or woman is probably going to be the most risky kind of sex if unprotected?
So, transmission when having anal sex be it from man or woman is the same risk if one person is HIV+, right?
