First of all, many thanks for your excellent work. I would like to ask what is the risk of using a towel to clean yourself (including the nether regions) with a towel that has been used 2-3 hours ago to clean some cum. Would it make any difference if the towel was wet?

Wet or not, the chances of infection in this case are very near zero.
