Can I trust these results?

I had unprotected sex in May. The guy said he didn’t have anything. I suffer with anxiety and can’t get HIV out my head! I had a full STD and HIV screen 5 weeks after and all the results were negative. I then had a HIV test 14 weeks after and all negative again. It’s just pops into my mind once in a while. Can I trust these results??
