For how long I am not going to need medications?

Hi, I am HIV +ve. My CD4 is 304. I used Trishul medicine through a famous doctor presciption. How many years I will not have any problem with my health? At present I don’t have any problems. Is there any chance to be HIV -ve in the future? I am very afraid of this disease.
Answer
I have never heard of a medication called Trishul, least of all of a famous doctor who prescribes it. Hence, I cannot comment on its possible effects/lack of effect.
