What can I do for my CD4 to rise?

I have been HIV+ since 2006 and now my CD4 is 70 and my viral load is undetectable. I am on ARVs. What can I do for my CD4 to rise?

How long ago did you start your ARVs? If that was fairly soon-say several months ago, then it is quite probable that you will need a bit more time before you can see a proper rise in your CD4 count.
One study showed that the lower your CD4 count when you start, the more difficult and time requiring it is to regain their normal count. Some people take selenium and alpha lipoic acid to increase their counts, but usually the ARVs if taken appropriately are enough.
