HiV testing, monitoring and treatment is free to anyone living in the UK.
This includes students who are coming to the UK to study.
There are lots of different treatments includes one that are very similar to your current combination. The UK clinic might also suggest new alternatives if this is appropriate.

Here in the UK people who are HIV positive change treatment for different reasons. For example, it could be because of side effects or because you are now taking other meds for a different condition.
You could change from Atripla to other ARVs. But it’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor about what meds are best for you individually.
