Should I worry about missing 2 doses of Atripla?

I’ve been taking Atripla for three years and achieved an undetectable viral load. However, recently, I was careless enough to miss two consecutive doses and am concerned that my viral load will become detectable again. I am worried about this as I don’t have my bloods taken until June – when I’l find out for sure – but am currently in a sexual relationship with a negative partner and have always felt confident that we’re as safe as we can be. What are the chances of me developing resistance after missing these two doses?
