Hi I am HIV positive and want to know if this could be the reason for Australia to refuse me a Employer Sponsored visa?

Unfortunately Australia has strict rules for residency applications for people with HIV. HIV positive people are only able to gain residency under very limited circumstances. You can get more information about this on the HIV-travel website.
