Could this itching be a side effect?

I have been on Atripla for nearly 2 years now. I got to undetectable fairly quickly and seem to be doing well untill last week when my back and legs started to itch. It’s been over a week now and it’s still the same. Do you think this is a side effect from the medicines? Used some creams and anti histamines but they did not help.

It is a bit unlikely to develop this possible side effect after 2 years, but it cannot be completely excluded either. That itching may be a result of many things, so it is really good if a dermatologist sees it.
He/she will be able to prescribe something appropriate. Self-prescribing is never a good idea.
