Should I continue treatment with a CD4 count over 800?

My CD4 count was 260 3 mouths ago and it reached to 830 now. Can I still continue to take the ARVs?

It sounds like you have had a great response to treatment.

In the UK, this would normally mean continuing treatment unless there was a medical reason to do stop.
