How can I work in Saudi Arabia?

Hi , I am HIV-positive and my CD4 count is 703 cells/mm3 and I am 28 years old.
I have an opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia and as you know Saudia is one of the countries that requires an HIV test to give a residence visa.
I want to ask you if there are any medications can give a negative result to an HIV-test, when I take the test?
Please answer me, I need to work.
Answer
Hi
The HIV test looks for immune responses to the virus (called anitbodies) and no medication can make these disappear.
Even if, one day, scientists are able to cure HIV, the antibodies with still be there, and this test will therefore always be positive.
If Saudi Arabia includes this as a compulsory test with no exceptions, then I can not see how you would be able to work there.
Hi Irfan, unfortunately Dubai is not welcoming to people living with HIV. The process for a work application will require an HIV test. After receiving a positive result a work visa will be rejected and depending on where you are, will be deported on this basis.

Hi, I apologise as I do not understand this language. With a translator, are you applying to work in Saudi? and are you a Saudi Arabian national?
મેં hiv પોઝિટિવ છું મને સાઉદીમાં વર્ક પરમિટ મળશે ૨વષૅ માટે
Hi Nixon, unfortunately there is nothing you can take that will get you a negative result. As you require a negative HIV test to get a work and/or residency visa in Saudi Arabia, being HIV positive will prevent your application being successful.
Please help us what we can do to get jobs in Saudi I am HIV positive with best cd4 if we can get anything to swallow before test so that we will get nagative results
Hi Mario,
Saudi Arabia is one of those countries who have a rather negative attitude towards people with HIV. This is of course a shame. Please see here:http://www.hivtravel.org/Default.aspx?PageId=143&CountryId=153
