I might have forgotten a dose, what do I do?

Thanks for your question.
If you realise you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. BUT, if you only realise when you’re going to take your next dose, do not take a double dose.
If you are not sure whether you took the meds or not it is likely to be better to wait and take your meds the next day as usual. Taking a double dose is not likely to do you any harm but could mean you experience more side effects than usual.
If you find it difficult to remember when you have taken your meds you might find using a daily pill box or another similar tool could help with this. There are tips on improving adherence here.
