Can I used a pill that I accidentally washed?

Sorry for a really stupid question but I’ve washed my jeans with a tablet of Atripla in the top hidden pocket (always have it there wrapped in foil – just in case I get lucky and am away from home….).
Should I ditch the tablet or is it ok to use again as a normal dose? I know it really expensive.

In this case don’t use the washed medication. The heat is likely to have affected it’s potency.
It is fine to throw one dose away rather than taking any chance to use it.
