Question about HIV testing…

I have tested up to 3 months after completing pep with an HIV AG/AB COMBO RAPID TEST KIT. Are my negative results from this test definite and conclusive? Should I test using ELISA instead? Read somewhere on the wev that rapid tests are not as sensitive as ELISA tests. Is that true? Also, do I still need to have a test done at 6 months?
