Question

Is it safe to change the time when I take my meds?

I used to take my pills at eight, now I want to take them at nine is that ok?

Answer

Thanks for getting in touch.

Changing the time that you take your meds from 8pm, until 9pm, will be fine. The important thing is to take them.

Hello Chris and thanks for getting in touch.

I am sorry to hear you mixed up your medication.

If you are not feeling well please go to A&E

A pill box might help you with taking your medication at the right time and the right way

i am not sure what tablets you are talking about and why you take them twice a day

Please consult a pharmacist if you are unsure of the timings and doses

    Hi I’m terrified.

Forgetting to take meds, can and does happen, its common. What’s important though is to try and take them as prescribed.

If you miss another dose and only remember a few hours before you’re due to take your next dose, wait. On this occasion you should be ok though. Please see the following:

    Hi,

I was late on my day dose combivir and took it 3 hours (as soon as I remembered) before the night dose.

    Now I’m feeling nauseous.

    Will I be alright?
