If my male partner is HIV+ and I’m not, can I catch HIV?Â
He’s been on his meds for over 2 years since he was diagnosed with it. Since then we’ve been having condomless sex and when I go for testing I;m still negative.
What are the chances that it might be hiding if his viral load is undetectable?
Answer
Undetectable viral load is now widely recognised as meaning HIV is not transmittable.
