Should I be worried with a CD4 drop at high levels?

Hi there, in June I had undectable viral load with CD4 = 1243 and percentage of 47.7%. In December this was checked again and is CD4 =1148 and percentage of 45.9%.
Should I be concerned ? My doctor did not seem bothered but it’s 100 less, is this normal?

Your doctor is giving you good information.
At such high levels, (ie any CD4 count above 500) this small difference is not significant.
If you are on treatment (ART) is is more important that your viral load is undetectable.
