I forgot to take my meds. I took them seven hours after the normal time. Will I be OK?

Though ARVs should ideally be taken at roughly the same time every day, being seven hours late won’t have any impact on your viral load, thus HIV. You’ll be OK.

If you’re having trouble remembering to take your meds, you could set an alarm.
