The simple answer is YES.
HIV status (positive or negative) doesn’t stop you having having kids.
The main difference is that the HIV positive person needs to take HIV treatment (ART). This is so viral load is undetectable when you conceive. If the woman is positive, ART also makes this safe for the baby during pregnancy and at birth.
