Can I change the time of my ART?

What ART are you taking? The times suggested are usually so that you can avoid some of the side effects. As an example, those on TLD take it in the morning as to avoid sleeping problems at night.
This being said it is important that taking ART is a time that suits you best. You are safe to change the time of your ART. You would do so by taking an 8pm dose, then the next morning taking a dose at 8am and continuing from then.

Hi Clyde, yes you can change the time of your treatment. This is a common people have with TLD.
Switching to TLD can help reduce the impact it is having on your sleep. To switch it is easiest to take TLD at the time you normally do and then another dose in the morning at the time you would like to continue your ARVs. It is okay to take 2 doses of TLD 12 hours apart on occasion to help move to a more suitable time.
I’m having problem sleeping at night because of I’m taking my ART(LTD) at 8pm in the night. It keeps me awake and could’ve sleep well.Can I change my time to take the pills every morning??
