I’m undetectable, but have discharge from my privates?

My viral load is 20 copies, I am having a kind of discharge in my private part and it smells. Can I take any drugs to stop the discharge please?

Your viral load is excellent. This would indicate that the discharge you are experiencing is not a result of HIV.
Have you noticed any other symptoms? E.g., colour, consistency and itching.
Avoiding exposure to hygiene products can help manage this. Often water is enough to clean, however unscented soap can also be suitable in this case.
Have you spoken to a doctor/attended a health clinic about this?
A discharge can often be a symptom of a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Having a sexual health check will tell you if this is the cause.

Hi Mfon, have you spoken to a doctor/pharmacist about this? As a treatment advocate I am unable to suggest medical advice. It is possible there is a medication you can buy but you will need to attend a pharmacist to get it.
