Can I take vitamin C and zinc during the day and my ARVs at night?

Yes you can do this.

To ensure there is no interaction it is best to take Vitamin C and Zinc 6 hours before your ARVs.

    Hi Eunice, ARVs do not interact with collagen treatments.
