Yes you can do this.
To ensure there is no interaction it is best to take Vitamin C and Zinc 6 hours before your ARVs.

Hi Jacob, HIV meds would not cause body changes in only three weeks. You are maybe worrying about treatment and there might not be changes, but tell you doctor if worried.

Hi Felix, no there will be no interactions. As you waited 6 hours to take these supplements after taking your ARVs they will not interact.
Hi please,I took zinc,vitamin D3,vitamin C and magnesium 6 hours after my arv intake,I take arv 12:30pm and I just took those supplements mentioned above at 7pm,my next intake of arv will be tomorrow noon same time,any interaction? Because I have read it can interact with the arv,from tomorrow I don’t want to take those supplements,it was the first experiment

1. Yes you can have a vaginal delivery.
2. Yes you can exclusively breastfeed. It is recommended you do this for at least the first 6 months. After this you can start introducing solids/formula without an increased risk of HIV transmission.
3. Both your CD4 count and viral load are excellent. Your viral load is considered undetectable as it is below 200. This means that you cannot pass on HIV via sex and there is minimal risk to your child (which is further reduced with medication). It is great that you have switched to ARVs. ARVs are the only way that is proven to suppress viral load and maintain a CD4 count in a healthy range. Your CD4 count was only a small decrease and as it is above 430 it remains healthy.

Hello. I started taking arv in august with a viral load of 25 and cd4 of 467. I intend to get pregnant but want to wait till I become undetectable.
want to ask some questions.
1. When I eventually get pregnant can I have vaginal delivery if I’m undetectable and still taking my arv?
2. Can I exclusively breastfeed my baby for
8months before formula or solid food?
3. Why is my cd4 467 with a low viral load of 25
I was taking some herbal/ holistic treatment for a year hoping to get cured but I switched to arv of zidovudine, nevirapine and lamuvudine.
My previous viral load was 9000+ with a ca4 of 556 before starting holistic treatment and then saw that my viral load reduced to 25 with a decrease in cd4 which got me worried and I switched to arv.

Hi pls Are you sure about taking collagen, vitamin c and iron on arvs drugs ? Because my research on goggle state that it could interact with arvs drugs… Pls correct me if I’m wrong
Hi Jane, yes you can take them together. There is no interaction between ARVs and Zahidi Vita.
